We quote freight per order, based on what ships. Tip: bags can ride inside the case, so one box carries more.
Do you hold stock?
No. We have no warehouse and no open storefront. You pay first, then we place the order in Hong Kong.
How long does an order take?
We don't publish fixed lead times. Timing depends on the supplier, and we check it for each order.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. For overseas B2B orders, cases carry a 3-year parts warranty from MiHK. The owner fits the replacement part.
Where are the prices?
In the range sheet, sent by email once we know your shop and market.
Are the character lines officially licensed?
Yes. The character lines are officially licensed products, supplied by MiHK in Hong Kong.
Which markets do you work with?
Mostly Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines. Elsewhere, ask us.
